text-embedding-3-small availability in Europe

Hi,

Are there any estimation date when the text-embedding-3-small model will be avilable in europe? Sweden already has the large model, but in some vector database (ie, pgvector), they dont support large dimension like the text-embedding-3-large model. so its a limitation for certain search/usecases.

Are there any estimated plan when the smaller model will be released?

I have checked further and currently, the text-embedding-3-small model is not available in Europe. Also, there is no exact ETA on availability of Azure OpenAI text-embedding-3-small model on European regions.

I hope this will be available in the next release updates.

Once it is available in other regions, What's new in Azure OpenAI Service and Azure OpenAI Service models pages will be updated accordingly with more details.
