Hi! Can someone help me with this please?
I am trying to set up two-step verification for a website. I scanned the QR code as usual on Microsoft Authenticator app on iphone. It went through however when I put the live number code onto the website it pops a message saying invalid code.
I tried resetting the QR code and also wait for a new code after the countdown time. But still invalid when I put onto the website I wish to set up two-step verification.
My company says I need to reach out to Microsoft as it is an external app outside our IT team.
