hi,

I wanted to capture image and use it for other machines and I thought that my VM would still be accessible but it isn't, I still have backups of that VM visible but I can't restore it.

How can I revert back generalization/ setup the machine exactly how it was before ?

    Hi Mazurek, Jakub,
Thank you for your patience while we are reviewing the issue. Based upon your query, If you have a backup of the VM without generalization, you can try restoring it and then generalizing the image to use on other machines. But if the backup is already generalized, it's not possible to restore the original VM. Once you generalize a VM image, it cannot be reverted back to its original state.
