There may be a temporary restriction or issue:
- Verify that you haven't reached any subscription limits for SQL resources in that region.
- Ensure that the
Microsoft.Synapse
resource provider is registered for your subscription. - Look for any active advisories or issues related to Azure Synapse Analytics or SQL services in your region.
- Sometimes these issues are temporary. Wait for a few hours or up to a day and try provisioning again.
