How to escalate a ticket
I have been going back and forth with customer service for almost 2 weeks because my vetting status is "Rejected" for "Employment verification". They keep wanting me to verify my domain. No matter what I give them it's a problem which I do not understand why. All the information I have given them meets the criteria. I have given them the following:
-WHOIS
-Annual Domain renewal receipt
-I emailed them using my domain
-Verified my domain successfully in Azure portal modifying my DNS
Half the time they do not read the information, they copy and paste a generic response and do not even acknowledge anything I tell them. This is the worst experience I have encountered thus far. As an App developer with Apps in iOS and Google play, I did not think Microsoft would be this bad. Please help me get this resolved. I am losing hope and will deter me from using their platform in the future, especially with AI inferencing that we are planning in the near future.
