Problem with Microsoft authenticator

Link my institutional email given by the university to the authenticator application. However, I deleted the application by mistake, which has resulted in the inability to access my institutional email.

I've already tried to reinstall the app, but I can't complete the authentication process to recover my account. I would appreciate a prompt response.

    Hi Eduardo Soto,

    You might have to contact your institutional so you can repeat the process of installing it back in the app.

    If they use that as part of the sign in process I can't see another way.
