Clarification on Unlinking Corporate Account from Personal Account and Certifications

Hi Team,
I have linked my personal Microsoft account with my corporate account and have completed several certifications. As I am leaving the organization, I wanted to clarify if unlinking my corporate account will impact my certifications. Will they still be accessible after I unlink the corporate account?
Additionally, could you please explain how this process works? If unlinking does not affect my certifications, how many times can I link and unlink my personal account with different corporate partner accounts?
