Problem with validation codes
I have 4 accounts attached to my authenticator. I have a problem with 2 of them, the other 2 seem to be working fine.
When I try and login to the 2 problem accounts, I get a message that a verification code has been sent to authenticator. If I look in the app under the correct account, I see a 'one-time pass code' which is 8 digits. The app is looking for a 6 digit code and does not accept the 8 digit code.
Is it possible to get authenticator to generate 6 digit codes?
Alternatively, how do I return to using just a password to login to my account?
The 2 accounts I have a problem with are related. I have an admin account and a user account (small business), I cannot ask the admin guy, because that is me and I cannot get in as an administrator.
Any suggestions?
