How can I re-enabled the developer subscription with E5 licenses which has been disabled?

Today I just show that my developer subscription is disabled
This subscription is now disabled on 9/26/2024 when your data will be deleted. Learn about your subscription status

I do use this for developing and trying on these before put on production. I have used this since 2022 and do not want to lose it. How can I activate it again?
