Hi team, I have applied for the AZ104 exam and I want to reshedule my exam but it is not showing in my microsoft account. Seems like two microsoft accounts are not merged properly.

Hi team, I have applied for AZ104 exam and it is scheduled on 24 and I want to reschedule my exam but my exam details are not showing in Microsoft account. Personvue team is saying that it might be due to my accounts are not merged properly. Can anyone assist me on this?
