Hi team
My company deployed a database server, and the vendor is using their legal license of MS SQL server. They said they use the package license, not single license.
So I just want to ask can the data leaking happen on this case, if they try to synchronize from outside?
And what happen if they suddenly terminate the SQL license.

When the SQL Server license expires, the SQL Server instance will not run normally. You won't be able to restart the service once it stops unless you apply a valid license key.

You have sQL Server licenses only on paper, no where in the system; no need to worry.

Unfortunately, we did not keep the information of license SQL, the vendor keep it. We just want to make on one day they can terminate the license, and our apps are interrupted.

if they terminate your license (or it is currently invalid), your apps won't stop, you will be out of compliance and liable to a large financial penalty.
note: you should check your license. it is probably a runtime license. this means the vendor licensed SqlServer for their application. this means the SqlServer can only be used by that application. there is often a requirement for an additional cal license at the user site.
What Bruse mentioned is a so-called OEM License, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Original_equipment_manufacturer
But that should be fix written in your purchase contract.
Otherwise ask your lawyer to send your vendor a "nice" letter.
