Hi, I'm currently a student at douglas college canada using email tranb9@student.douglascollege.ca . I'm trying to use my school email for such things like email login, microsoft office, and even a math website call citrix. So it always requested me a code from my authenticator app on Iphone. However, I have that app for over a year now that links to my school email already but still I can't find any code on the app. Please help me, this is very urgent when I start the new semester and can't login any applications. Thank you !
