One DevBox in a pool won't connect via Remote Desktop subscription or web but can via mstsc
We have one user wh has not been able to connect to his devbox via devbox.microsoft.com, devportal.microsoft.com or the newer Remote Desktop (red icon one where you subscribe to feeds). We can access it via the regular old Remote Destkop (mstsc).
In Intune the connctivity history shows it has been failing since 9/12/2024 4:29PM Central so I think not related to the 9/11 Front door outage.
The Connection activitys shows Connection Started status Success and immediately posts "Unknown Error" but no details.
I've collected the logs and am going through them but thought I'd post her for the first time to see if anyone has any ideas.
