Restricted Tenant - Subscription is gone. Please help if you know

Hello Community,
I was working on my personal website and decided to use Azure App Services for server infrastructure needs. Suddenly i got logged out from azure portal. When i try to log back in it said that i am a restricted tenant and i don't have access to my Resource group.
I also saw two directories. One is "Personal" and the other one is the name of the web application i was working on.

I think the reason is that it let me use the 200$ one month free trial without realizing i am a pay as you go subscriber already.
Now I feel stupid to have just gone with a flow not realizing why will i get the first time customer offer of one month free trial.

It seems like the system took 2-3 days to revoke access.

Is there a way I can retrieve my resource group?
