Signup for Azure subscription email address

I have an existing M365 tenant and I want to signup for a new Azure subscription. I have tried both "pay-as-you-go" offer and the student offer but for both the sign-up form loads with the wrong email address and does not let me change it.
I want to signup using the Global Admin account such that GA becomes the subscription owner. I am logged-in using the GA account, I changed the GA account email in Entra ID portal under user properties but no luck. Still the subscription sign-up form has the wrong email

It sounds like you are having trouble signing up for a new Azure subscription using your Global Admin account. If the sign-up form is loading with the wrong email address, it's possible that the email address is associated with another Microsoft account.
Try the following suggestion, see if it helps:
Sometimes, browser cache and cookies can cause issues with form data. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then attempt the sign-up process again.
Try signing up using a different browser or an incognito/private browsing window to see if the issue persists.
Ensure that the Global Admin account email is correctly updated in the Entra ID portal under user properties. Sometimes, it may take a while for changes to propagate.
