Help needed to regain access to authenticator app.

Hi,

I needed some help to recover my authenticator app access where I backed up on iCloud but I couldn't find a way to restore what I have backed up on icloud. I only see that it says if I add an account, it will wipe the backup from the phone.

The context is that I accidentally restored by phone and now I cannot access this app.
