How to set a default Address Book Policy without running any command through Powershell?

Hi everyone,

I'm posting this question because I'm looking for a way to apply an Address Book Policy with empty address lists so that users don't have any GAL available. Later, the management will be done to assign the correct ABP to the employees based on the company name properties.

The idea is not to have to run Powershell commands and not to allow for a while that users see addresses that they don't have to see.

Do you know if it is possible to do this? If so, how would it be configured?

    It sounds like you're working with Microsoft Exchange and want to configure Address Book Policies (ABPs) to control which users see which Global Address List (GAL).

    I checked the official documentation and found that you can only create, modify, delete, and update a GAL using Exchange Online PowerShell.

    According to the documentation, you can only use Exchange Online PowerShell to create ABP, so your requirement cannot be met.
