Other organization no showing up on authenticator and cannot receive push notifications

Question

I have a other organization that I collaborate with that requires authentication to log on. The other organization appears on my microsoft account but does not appear on the authenticator app. Hence, when I try to log onto the organization, the push notification never comes to the app for me to verify.
