Auzre Directory, changed self from external to internal, now have limited access, only global admin, support phone blocked me

Currently following along a course, I was trying to access the manage account function from the databricks page. I tried switching myself from external to internal. Now I have limited access and can't go back to the users page to switch back to external (permissions I believe). I tried calling support and the answering machine blocked me. I tried creating a new account but kept getting referred back to the my current email.
I just want this to be reseted so I can go back to my course.
