Custom domain adding stays stuck in validating stage for over a week

I tried adding a custom domain to my azure static web app. i added the TXT record to my dns (im using namecheap) example domain i tried adding is app.mydomain.com however its staying in this loading state for more then 10 days im not sure how to start over or how to resolve this

Based on the shared above information, if you are trying to add this domain "app.mydomain.com" then you need to add the CNAME record instead of TXT record since this is a subdomain of your domain "mydomain.com".

i tried starting again and adding a CNAME record which i added in namecheap already a week ago and im still getting a validation failed error
