Issues wtih my Virtual Traunign days registrations
A few months ago, I registered for the Azure Virtual Training Days... I never received the confirmation, but since my colleague also registered, she sent me the link, and I used my own email to participate. However, I was never able to receive the voucher because it never arrived. I posted my issue on the forum, but the support I received was completely useless and did not help me at all. They kept asking questions as if I had received the confirmation emails. Completely useless.
Well, it’s happening again... I registered, and no confirmation email has arrived... In fact, I registered twice with two different emails... one arrived, the other did not... The issue is that the problematic email is the one associated with my certifications, and I intend for the vouchers to be directed there... So, I really need this problem to be resolved.
As an alternative, I would accept transferring my certification badges to the email that doesn't face these problems. And before anyone comes to me with explanations like "your spam filter" - keep in mind that one email is actually an alias of the other, okay? So, your obvious theory does not apply. Thank you!
