windows security not working

my windows security app is not working after i reset my pc

it stucks on blank screen forever

Hi,

To fix the Windows Security:

Download this file: https://catalog.s.download.windowsupdate.com/c/...

Right click on the file and choose Run as administrator.

When it is done, restart the computer and let me know if it works.
