Issue while attempting exam AZ900 - Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals which

Hi Microsoft support team,

I have case raised with Pearson VUE <PII removed>.

They stated the exam was canceled due to the issue as explained below and shared Voucher Code: <PII removed> with Expiration Date: 29 May 2024 stating voucher already expired.

"I had joined the exam according to my schedule on 31st March- 2023 and all pre-checks were done that to too twice and reason behind that given to me was, they have launched the exam but it's giving error to them. I didn't get any error on my Laptop screen. Below is the access code was given to me both time and being told to close the OnVue application and use same access code. But when I tried the access code got invalid. <PII removed>."

Could you please help me with another Vouchers or extend the voucher validity to attempt the exam.
