Direct Access configuration loss

A Direct access server has lost the ability to load its Remote access management configuration. Server has access to GPO's and GPO's have not been changed. Direct access server is also able to communicate properly with the DC server.

Error when loading Remote access Managment console: Settings for server cannot be retrieved. System cannot find the file specified.

Server manager now also shows Post Deployment configuration Error: Configuration required for DirectAccess and VPN (RAS) for server.

Anyone know where the configuration file is located for Direct Access or to resolve the configuration load error. In my research configuration settings are all saved in the GPO's that the Direct access setup configures and saves.
