Unable to enter code for Teams phone MFA

I am trying to log in using a Yealink MP54, but the MFA prompt is not displaying the required code. Even when I open the Authenticator app, there is no number to enter. I have been able to use QR code login instead, but I have not encountered this issue before. Is there a solution to this problem?
