Unable to submit my knowledge check responses for Powe Pages Module

Hey!

From Afternoon onwards. I am trying to submit this knowledge check but all because of this glitch unable to complete my Learning. Also tried reloading and exiting the page multiple times. Can you Please help me with this ASAP.
