Hi,
If there is a backup of this DC and you can fix the disk issue quickly you restore the domain controller (full restore).
If there is no backup of this domain controller , you have to
- Perform metadacleanup of failed DC
- size fsmo roles hosted on impacted DC to another DC, you can use powershell command to perform this actions
- When you fix the disk issue , you have to build the server to be able to promote it again as domain controller
