SuccessFactors to AD User Provisioning : Expression Characters limit

Question

Is there a limit for characters in Expression box . Currently experienced that the expression doesnt take more than 10000 characters in the Attributes mapped page due to which I was not able to write the complete expression i.e Source attribute JBU which has more than 10000 characters.

Is there a way to fix this ?

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

This is a fixed limit, to resolve this issue, you can kindly try:

1.Break Down the large expression into smaller parts and map them to different attributes, then combine them when needed.

2.Check if you can improve/shorten the expression to make it qualified.
