Broken Module: Knowledge Check : Check Your Knowledge

It's been two days now. This module wont submit, it just keeps spinning and spinning like it's trying to submit my answers but it just sits on the same page. I need to "Check My Knowledge" in order to complete the segment. This is extremely frustrating. Please fix the issue.

I also tried closing my browser and trying it again. Same issue. I also tried another browser, same thing. I can't advance to the next module. Here's a screenshot.
