i have been logged out of my email due to using the wrong password, and i can't reset the password due to having 2 factor authentication which includes the authenticator app, but i cannot log into the authenticator app because i don't have the password for my account which i need the app to reset. is there any way for my to regain access to the app? i have contacted Microsoft support but they were unable to help do to the 2 factor authentication. i do not want to lose my email and everything in it. please help!
