Users in Azure Security Group Unable to Access Azure SQL Managed Instance

We have created an Azure Security Group to manage users and added several users to the group. We then added the group as an external user to our Azure SQL Managed Instance server(hosted on internal Vnet) and granted the necessary permissions. However, the users within the group are unable to access the database. Has anyone encountered this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

could you please check the Azure SQL Managed Instance is accessible from the network where your users are located
