I am attempting to fine-tune gpt-4o-mini on Azure AI Studio using a .jsonl file.

The uploaded jsonl file (either by file upload or through blob storage/ azure studio) raises the following error during file upload of the Training data step:
'''

File import error internalFailure: Service temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

Trace ID : XXXXXX

Client request ID : XXXXXX

APIM request ID : XXXXXX
'''
This error has been reproduced for the last 3 days.

The file format is correct and passes the check during upload.

The error is raised shortly after the upload, and I cannot proceed to press the Next button.

I have owner permission and it is not a permission error.

The resource region is north central us.
