Dear Microsoft Support,

I am writing to request assistance with my personal Microsoft account. Unfortunately, I was recently assaulted and lost access to my Microsoft Authenticator app. As a result, I am unable to access my account.

Could you please help me reset my account or provide guidance on how to regain access? I appreciate any assistance you can offer during this difficult time.
