Required password change upon user creation in Admin Center.

Good day all,

I'm not sure if this was a feature we've implemented recently or if this was a Microsoft decision, but whenever we go to add a new user in M365 admin center, the option for "User is required to change their password when they first sign in" is greyed out and is forever checked. Does anyone know what causes this?

    I am having the same issue. According to this reddit link it appears to be a bug.
