Hello, last week I lost all of my Birthday Calendar items (Outlook calendar). Is possible to restore them from server backup? We tried to solve with Microsoft comunity help and they forwarded me to this page. Can you help me please?

In order to further confirm the problem, please provide information related to the following questions for us to better study:
What is your account type (POP/IMAP/Exchange)?
What was done before this issue occurred?
What's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.
Please try to check if the calendar entry exists in OWA.
