Migrated from Google Mail to Office 365 but emails are going into spam

Question

We have switched from Google Mail to Office 365. However, the emails are going into spam folder in Office 365. Unsure why this happening any suggestion would be helpful.

You need to check whether you have correctly configured SPF/DKIM/DMARC. refer the following URLs.

Configure DKIM - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-office-365/email-authentication-dkim-configure

Ensure you have all these configurations are applied.
