How can I make MS Whiteboard appear again in Teams?

The Whiteboard app is no longer visible in Teams. I can access the Whiteboard desktop app, I can access the web application, but if I want to use a Whiteboard (e.g. as a tab) that doesn't work any more.
Starting a whiteboard in a meeting works.

I checked the admin center and entered "Whiteboard" in the search box as instructed, but received no search results. So why has Whiteboard vanished miraculously? How can I make it reappear again?

    Do you mean that you want add Whiteboard as an app in Teams?

    In fact, Whiteboard is just integrated in Microsoft Teams meetings. It is not included in the Teams apps. For more information, please refer to this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/manage-whiteboard.
