Hello Adam,

Thanks for your question.

This is a result of an intermittent issue sometimes caused by unavailable capacity. It should work very soon. Try clicking on the Power button in the browser to reset of Azure Cloud Shell and shold resolve your issue

Thanks Akinbade - Though it is working now, I do not see a "Power" button to reset the shell. Is that a Chrome button or in the shell window? Or is the "Reset User Settings" under "User Settings" in the shell window the same?
