ODB and sharepoint attachement not coming as Reference attachement

Hello Team,
I am unable to see the attachment as reference attachment for an email which had the attachments from ODB and sharepoint , they are coming as file attachment .
I have tried attaching as link and also as attach file option
could you please tell what is the issue here
