Microsoft Remote Desktop App Dictation function doesn't work anymore

Dear Sir or Madam,

please would you be so kind and help us to solve an issue with the dictation function?

I have 2 iPads ( one is working, the other one doesn't. I would like to speak with the iPad keyboard, and the dictation function transcript it into my windows software.

It works on simple iPad Air2, IPADOS 15.8.3, with App Version 10.5.5 (5403).

On my second ipad 12,9" 4, generation, IPADOS 18 in our corporation we use a linked system connection to apple business (apple id), a JAMF Now connection and your App Version 11.0.1 (5500). Here the dictation function is not working, even without any restrictions in any profiles.

How can we solve that issue and activate it? Out of your app (e.g. in Notes), the dictation function works well too.

I contact Jamf Support. They said, is has nothing to do with jamf. There are no restrictions that blocks the dictation function for a rdp connection. you can restrict it, but it would be for the complete system and not for one app only. This can't be the issue

I contact the Apple Support. They told me an expert is analysing this case again to see, if apple business manager restrict any service for the dication function in combination with an rdp connection. But, they told me, it seems like a trouble with the app development. I need to contact the microsoft support (and they sent me this page). Currently it seems like a problem with microsoft remote desktop iPad app?
