Regarding the issue only phone support can help and ask them to escalate your issue to the data protection team. While phone call, press "1" as a business email user and press "1" again as technical support. Hello,
My phone number is closed and My Authenticator is not sending 2FA code, I am the admin of the company, I need to change my phone number so i can receive the 2FA code, I cannot even use it to login to this portal so I am writing from my personal account.
