Unable to Deploy Web App from AI Studio Chat Playground

I am unable to deploy a Web App using the "Deploy" -> "WebApp" feature in Azure AI Studio -> Chat Playground. I receive the following error message "Right-hand side of "Instanceof" is not an object.

Tried to deploy 4 times, to Sweden central, all resources are in Sweden central

Could you confirm if have required permissions to deploy the resources? Did you add the data before deploying? See Deploy an Enterprise Chat web app if not done for instructions

You need to have Microsoft.Web resource provider registered in the selected subscription, to be able to deploy to a web app.

Also, earlier there was an issue in deploying to deploying to webapp but is rolled out to all regions.

Can you try deploying to different region and see if that solves the issue?

Yes, I have the correct permission tried to deploy to west europe with the same result.
The web app resource gets deployed, so I suspect that the issue is when the bot gets deployed to the web app.

Also the error "Right-hand side of 'instanceof' is not an object." is a python error, which is what the bot is written in, so this is a backend issue.
