Hi - I recently upgaded to AD Connect version 2.3.20.0 and now when I go into Entra and look at the health of the server, the server name is missing and it only says "No Access." I am global admin for my tenant as well.

Syncs are running fine, TLS 1.2 is setup properly, diagnostics are coming up clean, etc.

Any idea would be appreciated...thansk!

    Hello @Jonathan Sheehy,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A.

Based on your description, I understand that you recently upgraded your Entra Connect to the latest version (2.3.20.0) and confirmed that synchronization is working fine. However, when you log in to the Azure portal and check Microsoft Entra Connect Health Sync Services, you are unable to see the on-premises server name, and it only shows "No Access." Please refer to the screenshot below to ensure we are aligned.User's image

This behavior is expected if your tenant doesn't have the required licenses to use Microsoft Entra Connect Health. Entra Connect Health requires at least Microsoft Entra ID P1 or higher (P2) licenses. To enable Entra Connect Health Sync Services in your tenant, you need to purchase P1 or P2 licenses.

Note that while Microsoft Entra Connect itself does not require any licenses, using Microsoft Entra Connect Health does. For more details, please refer to the document below:
