I'm unable to use the interactive window on the right, how can I fix it?

Azure Cloud Shell

Configuring Cloud Shell for sandbox access. . .

This is the message it's stuck on.

I've tried:

Using browser in private mode

Clearing cache

Created new browser user profile

Waiting till the Sandbox session expires and a new session was created

Please help, I'm not sure what else to try or how to fix it.

    We have received confirmation from the backend team that the issue has been resolved.

    Please try the unit again, as it should be functioning correctly now.
    We have also tested it on our side, and it is now working properly. A screenshot is attached for reference.
