Microsoft Lifecycle data export tool stopped working?

Clicking the Export All Products button (or using any of the filters) on the page https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/products/export/ returns a 404 error.
This worked a few days ago but stopped working and hasn't' recovered.
