I have a .Net Maui mobile app that uses MSAL for authentication into Entra External ID. I created a User Flow and configured my tenant to allow "Enable guest self-service sign up via user flows". I can authenticate with existing Entra IDs within my tenant, but I can't sign up new ones. I get the error "user@anything.com can't be used currently because it's not part of an organization". I followed the online documentation, but I must be missing something. Any suggestions on what I'm missing?

I understand that you are getting an error with the new ones but able to authenticate the existing Entra IDs within your tenant. Once check the below Microsoft document and verify the setup and Configuration.
Let me know which online documentation you have followed to “Enable guest self-service sign up via user flows”
