I'm stuck in a loop not able to access accounts from my old phone

I recently got a new phone because my old one was destroyed, I'm not able to access the old accounts from it and I'm not able to figure it out, I've tried my old phones email, and it didn't work, I've also tried my Microsoft email, my phone number, and a different phones phone number that also has access to my Microsoft account. I've been stuck in an endless loop for a few hours now, please someone help me because I need the accounts that I had saved to access multiple apps and I'm not able to do that without my authenticator working correctly.

    If your old phone is destroyed you need to contact the support teams of the accounts in the authenticator. For example a Work/school account you need to contact your IT admin, a social account e.g facebook you need to contact facebook support.
