De-synced On-Prem User cannot change Password via MySignins Security Portal
In preparation for decommissioning our Server, I moved the target AD User Account to non-synced OU. That was done at 5pm. The next morning it was restored in the M365 Admin Center. The User is unable to change their Password via MySignins Security Portal. The option to enter their current Password does not show. The only way to change their Password is to use the Password Reset link. I've researched Immutable IDs and other solutions but nothing has worked. There has to be a way for Users who were originally setup in AD then moved to Azure based control to change their Password via the "normal" method. Please note, SSPR has been setup for some time and working as expected.
