Unable to view my Certificate in my profile page

Question

I took the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals test and passed. However I am unable to view it in my profile. I am not sure if it was registered under a different log in or is just missing but I need to be able to locate it so that I can submit it for a transcript request.
