Hello Friends,
I deployed one SCCM TS for Windows 10 in place upgrade on version 19045 from 19044 and below. Apparently it shows "Success" in deployment status but build remains same and not getting upgraded.
What I am missing here?

Where do you check the build number? In client or in SCCM console?

On sccm console and on command prompt using systeminfo /s computername
Do all the clients have the same issue? What's the SCCM version are you using? Have we checked smsts.log?
I checked it under SCCM console and on endpoint as well. I have also examined setupact.log file and it says below:-
2024-10-16 05:00:17, Error SP User profile suffix mismatch, upgrade cannot continue.[gle=0x00000012]
But how come same error is appearing on all endpoints?
I was able to fix this issue in another way by deploying Windows 10 Feature Update Enablement Package using SCCM. Its simple and easy to deploy rather than OS Deployment Task Sequence.
